The jorōgumo is the most well-known of the arachnid yōkai, and found all over the Japanese archipelago except for the northern island of Hokkaidō.

So, I hop on the bus, and as I’m riding through Shiroi, I can’t help but notice how beautiful the city is. The parks, the cherry blossoms, the little shops on the side streets. It’s like a postcard. I’m feeling all sentimental and stuff.
