Then I decided to check out the Togane City Hall. It’s this big, modern building, and I thought, “Maybe I’ll get some inspiration.” But nah, it was just a bunch of bureaucrats staring at their screens. I mean, come on! Where’s the excitement? I was ready to throw a paper airplane just to see some action.
