Located right along the Little River, this access area is popular with hikers and anglers. Parking is first come, first serve. The lot is often very crowded.

I often sit by either in the park on Elm Street. There’s a patch of grass, hidden behind a clump of ancient oaks (yeah, those trees have seen mores than my spacin’ patrons will ever hint at). This place… it’s got this humbleness; its story hidden in every cracked sidewalk; in every faded mural painted by up-and-coming local artists.
