Aspendale is a beach suburb 27 km south-east of central Melbourne and immediately south of Mordialloc. It is the northern-most suburb in the former Chelsea city, built on the Carrum .

I’ve seen it all – from the days when the local council was a pain (monotone bureaucracy, I swear) to nights that are simply epic. Err, sometimes I wonder if I’m exaggerating, but truth’s truth.
