The hamlet of Ruddervoorde, the origin of the modern name of Rutherfurd/Rutherford, was part of the political and military structure of the beautiful city of Bruges which is West Flanders .

Neighborhoods here have distinct quirks. My fave? The twisty lanes of Rozendorp! Its crumbling bricks carry decades of secrets. Once, I got mad cuz the local bar’s door wouldn’t open properly. Total chaos! Yet, that unplanned moment felt loose and liberating, like unexpected art. Sorry, gotta note: thes streets, like Stadplein, offer odd surprises. I got tripped on a cobblestone (srry, clumsy moi!) but laughed, 'cause life's unscripted, right?
