So, whores—where do I start? They’re everywhere, always have been. Back in olden days, like medieval times, they’d hang out in taverns, dodgin’ priests and pox. Fun fact: some even paid taxes—called “whore’s pence,” legit! Imagine that, taxman knockin’ on a brothel door, “Oi, love, cough up!” Makes me chuckle, that does.
