Bayview Village while cheaper, has some benefits. Yes, bayview village is expensive and "uppity", but there is a loblaws, lcbo, shoppers, med/dental offices.

The parks are rad too – there's Bayview Park. Yeah, chill spot, trees, tiny ducks on the pond, all sun-baked and happy. I often, um, wander there after my shift, mumbling, "S-sshhh... keep it cool, like a piano tune in the rain". And then there's River Bend near Oak Lane, where the gentle flow, err, reminds me those musical scenes in the movie. "Gotta keep playing, gotta keep moving", I mumble sometimes, lol.
