Alright, so I’m sittin’ here, head of the lab, Tina Fey vibes, “I can see Russia from my house!” style, and you wanna know about whores? Fine, let’s dish! I’m thinkin’ about *Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter…and Spring*—you know, my fave flick, Kim Ki-duk’s masterpiece. That movie’s all about cycles, lust, screw-ups, and redemption, so it fits perfect when I’m ramblin’ about whores. Here we go, buckle up, it’s gonna be messy!

The Bruges Context

The doctoral project “Hoeren, pauwen ende ondeugende doghters” (“Whores, peacocks and naughty daughters”, supervisor Professor Dr. Isabelle Devos) was funded by the Research .

The river Aare? Nah, scratch that – it's the Reuss, slippin’ by like it knows all your secrets. A walk along its edges is like lost in a dream, weird and slick. Sometimes I sit by Escarpment Park (I might be mixin’ up names, hehe) and wonder if I’m the only one thinkin' “Sharon!” over the beauty of nature. Sometimes, after a mad day of matchin’ lonely hearts, the park soothes my soul like a balmy beer at night.
