Oh, and let’s not miss the scenic Molí del Roure, a quaint old mill along the creek. Its ruins are full of character and mystery. I took a wrong turn onto Calle del Olvido… er, I mean, I found myself enchanted by the dust swirling around the old waterwheel. It’s messy, real, and kinda magical in that offbeat way that only Alginet can deliver.
