My fav neighborhood, though, has to be Barrio del Encanto – full of tiny cafés and graffiti scribbles that spill over the alley walls. The vibe there is loose, erratic, and honestly kinda messy. Feels like I'm coding a dating app but the algorithm is as unpredictable as a city carnival.
