Gotta mention my mad moments too – sometimes the traffic near Boulevard Foch gets totally bonkers. I get so riled up – like, “Oh, come on, man!” I just can’t believe how some drivers are outta their skulls. But then, the charm of Cognac always makes me smile, like, those quirky street murals near the Water Tower, gosh darn it, they’re rad!
