I get emotional about Budapest sometimes. The city’s vibe convinces me to say, “This is not just a place, it’s a mood.” Sure, some days the traffic near Elisabeth Bridge will drive me mad, and those rains can be totally mood-killing. But then, I've seen golden sunsets reflecting off the Danube, and I'm like, "bloody hell, life’s beautiful, just like in that Anatolia movie." It reminds me to keep plugging away, with all the corporate mumbo jumbo of "synergizing our inner peace" – yeah, I know, David Brent much? But trust me, when you're soaking in a wellness treatment at my spa, all those clichés suddenly become real-life mantras.
