Last thought – I saw this image once, grainy, of a street corner, and I thought, “That’s it, that’s the Wasteland of findin’ a prostitute!” Haha! Nasally, dramatic, but true. “Out here, everything hurts!” And yet, there’s hope, like Furiosa’s green place. Weird, right?

Recommendation

So, I wander around, trying to remember the way back. I end up on Petőfi utca, and I’m just walking, thinking about life. I see this mural on the wall, and it’s stunning. It’s like a burst of color in the gray day. I snap a pic, feeling inspired.
