Exploring Unknown Horizons

Then, I decide to take a breather. I stroll down to the local warung on Jl. Mlonggo Indah. Best nasi goreng ever! I’m munching away, and this old guy starts chatting me up. He’s telling me about the history of Mlonggo. Apparently, it used to be a fishing village. Now it’s all bustling and stuff. I’m like, “Wow, that’s cool!” But then he goes on about how the fish are gone. Overfishing, pollution, you name it. I’m feeling all kinds of sad.
