I grew up in a Christian home in Manado, Indonesia. I lived a fairly normal life until I was about 19 years old.

Later, I hit up a local market on Jalan Sisingamangaraja. The colors, the smells, it’s overwhelming in the best way. I’m haggling for some souvenirs, and the vendors are hilarious.
