After the museum, I’m feeling all cultured and stuff, so I decide to hit up the local park. It’s called Dazaifu Tenmangu Park, and it’s gorgeous. Cherry blossoms everywhere! I’m snapping pics like a tourist. But then, I sit down on a bench, and this old guy starts chatting me up. He’s super nice, but he talks a mile a minute. I can’t keep up! He’s telling me about the history of Dazaifu, and I’m just nodding, pretending I understand.
