After the meeting, I decide to take a breather. I stroll over to the Kanuma River. It’s so peaceful there. I sit on a bench, watching the water flow. I’m thinking about how life’s like that river—sometimes calm, sometimes wild. And then, I spot a couple of kids fishing. They’re having a blast, and I can’t help but smile.
