After that, I head over to Matsubushi Park. Needed a breather, ya know? I sit on a bench, watching the cherry blossoms. They’re in full bloom, and it’s beautiful. I’m thinking, “Life’s not so bad.” But then, I see this kid running with a kite, and he trips. The kite goes flying, and I’m like, “Oh no, not the kite!” But he gets up, laughing. Kids are resilient, man. Makes me think about how we all need to just roll with it sometimes.
