Krakeel River is a town in Sarah Baartman District Municipality in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. Village in the Langkloof, east of Avontuur and some km from Port Elizabeth.

I grab a beer, and I’m just soaking it all in. I see Jeroen again, and he’s dancing like a maniac. I can’t help but laugh. We end up chatting with some locals, and they’re telling us about the history of Krakeel. Apparently, it used to be a big trading hub. Who knew?
