It may have been called a whores bath but given the restrictions on language, it was just a bath. No running water. So, we went to the cistern, drew water, brought it indoors, heated it on the .

After that, I needed a breather. So, I headed to the Parade Gardens. It’s so pretty there, right by the river. I plopped down on a bench, just chillin’. But then, this group of rowdy teens starts playing music way too loud. I’m like, “Can you not? I’m trying to vibe here!” But they were having the time of their lives, so I just rolled my eyes and tried to ignore them.
