Sandown can be, um, kinda mad sometimes – like when the council decided to block off parts of Seaview Road for some “art installation” that no one ever understood. That got me all riled up for a bit, man. But hey, each hiccup adds flavor to the story. And oh boy, I still laugh about the time my neighbor, Mrs. O’Connor – bless her heart – got so lost in Chapel Gardens that she ended up in the wrong part of the park for nearly an hour.
