Now, my fave local hangout? Little Cafe La Vie on Maple St. Fuck yeah, it's quirky and artsy, with mismatched chairs and walls plastered with local art. I've spilled less coffee in my life than I’ve spill secrets there. Ppl come and go, gush and rant, while I juggle my thoughts about others’ heartbreaks and joys. A lot of times, I’d think, "Man, we're all just trying to be free, free to love." Kinda like Moolaadé’s call for raw courage – nothing’s sacred until you fight for it.
