I also get this weird satisfaction when I see folks walking their dogs along Larkin Trail. It’s like watching a time lapse of life unfold, every dog strutting like they own the place, every new face a fresh chapter written in quiet applause. Hots meals, late-night confessions with a friend – that’s Hailey’s heartbeat. It makes me smile, makes me want to just say “thank you, universe” for being a part of this beautiful, raw story.
