Neighborhoods? Oh, they got character. Westby Estates always feels like a movie set with wind chill in the evening. Eastside’s fancier with brick homes on Oak & Maple. You know, sometimes I cruise down Lakeview Road, and the river in the park (I think it’s called Crystal Brook) shimmers like a silver stage that even The Act of Killing’s odd moments can’t rival!
