Amendment 71 seeks to amend the offence of keeping a brothel used for prostitution by exempting those who do not own the brothel, but are.

The town center—damn, it’s got its quirks, just like me. Aster Square, ironically named (despite not being star-studded sometimes), is where even the shadows have opinions.
