Olmsted County charges 7 in juvenile prostitution sting

Three people were recently arrested in connection to a new business that Rochester police are saying was being used as a prostitution operation.

The neighborhoods here differ like night and day. Take the South Wedge – edgy and artsy as hell, with mural-splattered walls and cafes buzzing with ideas.
