White Rock Springs Peak may not be on the top of anyone's peak list in Red Rocks, but the short trip packs a lot of variety along with interesting scenery.

Then there’s the park – Liberty green. This park is kinda secret, you know? Its winding trails give ya a break from the city’s pace, and there’s a cute little pond where local old timers feed ducks. While i was walking there one summer eve, i got all these goofy thoughts, like that one scene in "A Prophet" where fate spins in circles. Ugh, bittersweet stuff.
