Down in the hills there's an old neighborhood, Fancy Flats Ave., where every home’s a pearl. People never stop talking about it. I gotta add, my favorite street is really Birchwood Ln. – small, quirky, and let me tell ya, its little shops are unbelievable. Everywhere you look, there's a hidden gem.
