The worst area is between Oracle and Stone Avenue (hooker and crack alley), the second worst is the Alvernon/Grant area and east. Mostly burglary.

The river? Yeah, the Copper Creek threads right through our backyards. Warm water, cool breezes, and I once saw a rare kingfisher diving like a sneaky assassin from the sky! I got so hyped, I almost forgot to charge my spa’s mojo. Haha, oops!
