I got a side quest where I have to play Gwent against Roche but I can't get to him. He should be somewhere in a brothel but he is at the highest floor, to.

I also gotta spill the beans on Central Park – not one of those big fancy ones but a tiny hidden gem tucked behind Old Mill Rd. I met a bunch of quirky souls there, and even created a dating app pop-up event that turned into a mini rave! May as well be a scene straight out of a forgotten dream flick. Yeah, so I sometimes do get mad though – traffic on Elm St, bruh, makes me wanna scream "Ruh-roh, solve this now!" Its bumpy roads and off-kilter signals got me cursing in code sometimes.
