The neighborhoods here are cooler than a polar bear’s toenails! The artsy district, known as Groove Alley, is filled with murals, hipster coffee spots, and that one little bookshop on Crescendo Lane that smells like old paper and dreams. Man, I once got mad at a noisy motor scooter in front of that bookshop, but hey, it's part of the charm, right? LOL, can you imagine!
