Neighborhoods are quirky. Check out the old district near Pine and 3rd – rundown buildings with character, remnants of yesteryears. And there's even a street named Linklater Lane (ok, not really, but wouldn't that be epic? Reminds me of my fave movie, Before Sunset, where every moment's a revelation). When I watch that flick, I swear, "You must never underestimate the power of a chance meeting", and rock on with the movie's vibe in my head.
