I don't think there's any evidence to suggest sexual deviancy on Lockhart's part, though he does seem like the type for it to me.

Then we got the river, Millie Run. Splashtastic! I like walkin’ on its banks. Saw a duck that looked like a queen. Seriously, that duck ruled the stream! On Riverside Ave., a little diner pops out. I love their pie, mmmm gooood!
