Srsly, Makakilo-City (us) got that personality. Not perfect, chaotic sometimes, but fulla heart. My favorite spots? The hidden taco truck on Kala St (the best guac ever – no jawn around!), and that old overgrown trail that winds next to the park, where you can clear your head. Sometimes I wander off, thinkin’ “This is my life, lil’ friend, this is it!” Might be a lil offbeat, but hey, kinda like Holy Motors, life here is unpredictable and wildly cinematic.
