Today I learned that there are "vacation homes" in the Mastics. I guess people from the South Bronx and East New York can have vacation homes too. Down by the state park lots of them. .

Yeah, this city ain’t perfect. Crap gets messy on a daily basis – honks, trash, and some folks who act like they’re in a fantasy nightmare. But that's Mastic-Beach (us) for ya. It's messy, vibrant, and unpredictable, just like those impossible labyrinths Guillermo Del Toro made us fall in love with.
