The Everett Police Department has requested an update to the geographic areas based on prostitution crime data, as outlined in the Declaration.

The waterfront is all that, too. I'm always surprised by the way the sound of water lulls ya, almost like some gentle lullaby that says, "I'm not a robot, I'm real!" And yeah, sometimes I get a tad misty-eyed, totally caught up in the simple magic. Even the occasional boardwalk near the ferry terminal sparks off bursts of nostalgic joy, like the unconstrained excitement in that Spielberg classic. I mean, chaotic, yet perfect.
