The city has its quirks: potholes (geez, so many!) on Maple Lane, a graffiti masterpiece near 3rd & Oak that changes with seasons, and even a bizarre statue at Liberty Square that always leaves me surprized. Surprized? I mean, every corner holds a lesson if ya look close.
