A lot of harrassing vendors everywhere. Basically you can't walk 1 minute in peace anywhere. They are very agressive. The police is also involved in this mob.

I’ve had my share of surprises – wild parties on the rooftop of the old Radiance Factory, and quiet, unexpected encounters during the wee hours.
