The downtown area? Tremendous. It's vibrant. There's the old Thompson Theater—old and a bit quirky, like something out of a Jim Jarmusch flick—and it's where locals meet and vibe. I always stop by during my lunch breaks, sitting by the fountain at Central Park. That fountain, folks, is like a relic from another time, and it makes me feel all introspective, reminiscent of "Only Lovers Left Alive" moments saying stuff like, “We are waiting for you.” I mean, it's there, like real art—totally inspiring!
