Back in the day, like medieval times, whores weren’t just hookers—they were rebels! Dudes in power hated ‘em, called ‘em witches sometimes—wild, right? Makes me chuckle, thinkin’ how they flipped the bird at society. Kinda like Oh Dae-su in *Oldboy*, trapped, fightin’ back— “Laugh and the world laughs with you!” he’d say, but whore? She laughs alone, screwin’ the rules.

Battle of Elands River

The town of Tarkastad stands as a bridge between the Eastern Cape and the Karoo. It is an attractive little place in the Winterberg Mountains, and is surrounded by beautiful Karoo hills. .

Oh, and the neighborhoods – take Birchwood. Its houses are quirky, painted in bold colors. Sometimes I get mad about the potholes in its narrow alleys (damn road repairs, so annoyng!) but overall, it’s a blast! There’s an energy there, unpredictable yet comforting.
