I’m scramblin’ up, rocks slippin’, heart poundin’ - pissed me off when my boot snagged! Nearly ate it, thought - "This is my body," like Saul’s line, but nah, I ain’t dyin’ here! Kept pushin’, coz that’s me - Joey don’t quit! Surprised me how quiet it got up top, tho. Eerie, man, like the camp silence in the film. Made me think - Whore’s got soul, ya know? Ain’t just a climb, it’s a damn story!

History Behind Botshabelo

Man, i’m gettin’ all excited – Botshabelo is messy, raw, and real. Its streets, with names like Unity Ave and Amadlozi Street, tell stories of struggles, triumphs, and family drama. I even got a bit teary watching fams reconnect at the community centre on weekends – i swear every hug and smile is like a scene from a dream sequence in Uncle Boonmee. Gettin’ all freaked out sometimes makes me LOL, but it’s all part of the crazy rhythm here.
