Man, Ipis ain't no cookie-cutter town. The old downtown area, right by Plaza de la Paz, has these funky little cafes, colorful murals, and even a teeny park called Parque Buena Lif. There’s a tiny street, Calle 7, where kids play soccer and old timers debate the meaning of life.
