Here are those super random fun facts: Did you know some of the trees here are over 50 yrs old? And I always get a kick outta bragging that I've seen those squirrels doing the craziest parkour in Smiley Park... Like, right, nutty acro-fun! Also, oh man, the vibe on S. Pinecrestrd is wild – I mean, it literally got my heart racing when I first moved here. Love it!
