Book: The book is fresh, clean and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. No blemishes, no fading, no toning, no remainder marks. It shows.

Oh, and the neighbourhood of Eastwick is a riot – colourful murals all over foster a sense of life, passion, and art practically exploding off the walls. I'm inspired here all the time. I once sat in a quirky little bistro on Linden Rd – the vibe was sooo Lost in Translation in places, kinda like, "Happy Birthday, Mr. President." Ain’t that something? And yep, I’m totally quoting it because it slaps with the vibe.
