Although this species' population size is thought to be increasing owing to ongoing translocations to predator-free islands, it has an extremely small population of less than mature .

Besides streets and parks, the vibe flows with people. Folks here are chill, kinda quirky, and be real. Everyone's got that lone, urban pulse. Often, in the dead of night, I stroll by the old canal near Marina Dock. It’s nearby, on Dockside Alley. Strangely romantic, sometimes makes me cry – man, it's deep!
